Karen and Jay are such a fun, easygoing couple, and that was reflected with constant laughter and smiles throughout their wedding celebration, which took place on two days. The first day they said their I dos at the Old Orange County Courthouse in Santa Ana among their close friends and relatives. Not only is the building beautiful on the outside, but the historic courtroom on the second floor provides the perfect backdrop for a ceremony. The next day was their fun and relaxed reception at El Dorado Golf Course in Long Beach. I adored the charming, rustic theme that was created by Mr. J's Kitchen, each unique piece made to suit Karen and Jay's special day. They decided to forego some of the traditional events, such as the cake cutting and bouquet toss, which made this wedding all about the love and celebration more than anything else.
